Competitor's Level limited to 25 Competitors (1 in 25 shot of winning)
$175 Entry Fee Before August 3rd for Competitor's Class
$100.00 Vending Fee
All Proceeds Benefit Charity
Competitors can begin set up anytime after 9AM on Friday August 9th
Categories for Competition are Pork Shoulder, Ribs, Beef Brisket, and Chicken
20x20 Spaces. Plenty of Lighting Overnight. Minimal Electricity.
BBQ society Certified Judges and Rules
Chef's Meeting is at 6PM on August 9th
Prizes: 1st Place = $125.00, 2nd Place = $100.00, 3rd Place = $75.00. Additional Cash Prizes for Best in Each Category.
Free bowling from 6PM-10PM for all competitors

Vendors

$100.00 Vending Fee
Responsible for getting your own health/food license from the City of St. Loius. Go to www.epiphanystl.org for information on how to apply.
Vendors are invited to stay after the competition and vend to people leaving the 5PM Mass and thosw who wish to attend our free neighborhood concert from 6PM-8PM at no additional charge
Most Vendors sold out last year.
