Covenants are God's way of creating bonds between Him and His people.  Throughout the Scripture God creates covenants with people like Adam and Eve, Noah, Abraham and Sarah, Moses, and the People of Israel in order to create a sacred kinship between Him and the people that He has chosen.  We Catholics believe that Jesus on the night that He was handed over created a New Covenant with us by the sharing of His Body and Blood for our food.  Throughout Scripture God through the prophets reminds His people to remember their covenants with Him. 

We invite you to join us on the first Sunday of the month (unless otherwise stated) to remember all that God has done for us and to recommit ourselves to the New Covenant that Jesus offers us.  Our evening will be broken up into three parts.

7PM-7:30PM Witness: We will gather to listen to the witness story of a fellow Catholic and learn how God has impacted his or her life.  By listening to the stories of others we learn that God is powerfully at work in the world today and we begin to notice Him more and more in our life.

7:30PM-8:00PM Sharing of Graces: For the next half an hour or so we will break up into small church/discussion groups to ask of ourselves the following questions...
1. Where have I seen God active in my life this past month?
2. What have I learned about God this past month?
3. What am I going to do next month to grow closer to God.
Answering these three questions will help us all grow closer to God as we become more aware of God's actions in our lives and as we make an intentional effort to grow inour faith.  No one will ever be condemned for not having answers to these questions or forced to share.

8:00PM-8:30PM Eucharistic Adoration: As we end the evening we take some time to allow the God of the Universe to speak to us in a special way.
